So, after hearing that Heath would be playing the Joker in the upcoming film The Dark Knight, I started visiting that IMDb board daily to stay updated, since somehow those comic book guys have something new to share everyday. :o
A teaser was leaked last night, and today WB finally offically released it. I can already tell this movie is going to be pretty freakin awsome. You definitely have to check this out. Listen for Heath's voice at the very end!! ;D ;D ;D

Here's some more news about ''The Dark Knight,'' the next ''Batman'' flick filming here all summer:
• Star Christian Bale will be seen hanging out around the IBM Building on Wabash -- since that's doubling for the headquarters of Wayne Enterprises.
• According to Adam Fendelman's usually reliable HollywoodChicago.com, director Christopher Nolan's ''Dark Knight'' team plan a spectacular implosion of a four-story building on the site of the former Brach's Candy factory on the West Side. Obviously, a one-shot deal -- supposedly set to happen Aug. 29.

I saw the preview at the movie theater for it today. I sure couldn't tell it was Heath at all. What a transformation!

I know! I still can't get over it. I've watched the trailer, the new one, several times and he's hardly recognizable! I can see a little Heath in some close ups, and sometimes I can hear a little Heath in the voice, but no matter how hard I try I cannot see or hear any Ennis at all. :( But even though I love my Ennis to pieces, I absolutely love how well Heath can transform himself between every movie he does. Amazing, truly amazing. ;) ;) ;)
I could not connect to the new trailer posted by adlabatic, so here's another, in case anyone else couldn't either.
P.S. This trailer is outstanding. And not just because my Heathy, or Christian Bale :o :-* :-* :o, is in it. I'm almost too excited for this movie, mostly because only a few months ago I was hardly a batman fan at all, and now I'm almost obsessed. And that's saying a lot, since I don't obsess over very much. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

I love the "Brokebat" references: another Gyllenhaal and Ledger fight scene (together again for the first time!), and the "a little fight in ya - I like that!" line, followed by Batman's reply "Then you're gonna love me!"
Looks like another brilliant performance for Heath!
