508, I pruned it down to about 300 last weekend and then this week a bnch more come it. Owell.

I´m proud to say that I´m down to 399 again. ;D I´ll go on deleting so that I at least keep that level.
My outbox? Oh, God, yes, there´s an outbox, too....I´ll check that... ::)

A couple of monhts ago - I had around 300PM's and had never deleted any and I have been here 18months & I'm a mod - so its not that you're not popular - its just that you aren't a chatter box like Jess!!!

I try to prune messages every few months.
I went from over 1500, I think, not too long ago to about 60.
It didn't hurt as much as I thought it would. :P

But now I get a gold star because what messages I had I just pruned. I'm down to 13 in my inbox and some similar number in my outbox. It feels refereshing!

Great topic! I currently have 464. And, this is after a big effort on my part to weed them down since I know Phillip has been wanting us to reduce our numbers of PMs saved. Recently, I was up around 600.
I still have the very first PMs I ever received here at BetterMost. I'm very sentimental about them.

I also wish there was a way to count the numbers of messages in the PM outbox. I know I have more of those than in my inbox at the moment.

Are they 10 to a page? If so, you could multiply the number of pages by 10.

I have 558 so I am just as bad. But a little bird has revealed to me we have a handful of residents with super-sized post office boxes to handle the amazingly overstuffed 3,000+ messages they each have in their mailboxes. Naughty.

Is that inbox + outbox, or just inbox? Because I might be naughty, depending on how you count it. :-\

How are you and your sister doing. Have you heard any thing about your friend in the LA area ?
They keep telling us things are getting better, but the smoke keeps billowing up tells another story.
My son lost his home in Ramona, he was able to save all bout one of his animals, but nothing else, many of our friends also lost their home. Well you take care and if you have the chance, hug your sister.

I hope things are getting better for all of you out there in southern California. All that smoke on top of the fires must be really, really bad. Sorry to hear you have many friends that lost their homes.
