Yeah, David, but they would do that anyway. They're cats. That's why we love them. They prepare us for having boyfriends. ;D

I got only 6:10, my two long haired Siamese cats, Zoloft and Nambutol will be most displeased with me.

Do you really have a cat named Zoloft and Nambutol? My friend has a cat named Xanax. He calls him Xannie. He's a very hyperactive cat. I suppose this is why he gave the cat such a name. I thought it was a cute name for a cat! :D
I named my cat after a cookie! :)
Oreo.
-
Zoloft is a 6 month old male chocolate longhired Siamese, full of energy. He likes to run and jump. He needs Zoloft, so I named him that. I call him Zolly. He will calm down as he gets older.
Nambutol is an 8 years old female chocolate longhaired Siamese, full of tranquility. She likes to sleep all day, gets up to eat, yawns and squints at the world. I call her Nambutol because she acts like she is on it. I call her Nammy. She will always be calm, and eventually Zolly will be like her too. Two of a kind, they sleep side by side, and Nammy rules the roost. If Zolly gets out of line, just one hiss from Nammy shuts him right down.
They are lots of laughs!

6/10. All I can say is thank goodness I'm not allergic to cats. I have certainly inhaled enough dried cat saliva as I love to bury my nose in my cats fur. They smell good. So I knew that one. Dried cat saliva! ;D

I'm one of those wildly allergic folks; My Score:

I got the same score, Shasta, 5 out of 10. I thought I would do better. Oh well, my cats all live an average of 15 years. I guess I know enough!
-
That is so wonderful that your cats are long lived. So many cats have succumed to Feline Leukemia. I have loved cats since I was a little boy. I got involved in cat rescue about 10 years ago and have learned so much about them meanwhile. meeeowwww..........

My cat Midnight lived with me for 20 years. Got him my senior year of high school in 87, and in January of this year, I had to put him down. I cried for days.

:) Thank you. I'm gonna get a new kitty maybe next summer when I can be at home when it first comes to live with me. Ripley came from the Heber Springs Humane Society -- I'll probably get my next one from a shelter too. She was a great one.
You got 8/10 correct.
Good Score?
That is a good score, Janice. Do you have any cats?

I developed a cat allergy over the last couple of years. For the first time I had to leave a party early the other night, because I had trouble breathing in the house where two cats (I never even saw) lived. But I love 'em:

That was so cute, Elle. I love cats and kittens too, and, thankfully, I'm not allergic. :)
But, the same thing happened to my cousin this week. She and I went together to a get-together and the 2 cats stayed away, but soon she said that her throat was closing up and that her eyes would start watering and burning soon. We cut the fun short too. She was fine the next day. And she's like you -- she wants to hold them and play with them. She'd love to have one or two. No way tho. :-\

A tiny percentage of the human population has an allergy to feline dander. There are medications that you can ask your doctor about which alleviate the symptoms.

i got 6/10 and i thought i did worse 'cause i guessed on most of them.
i posted a cat video on another thread, but i figured i'd post it here too.
ps. i've got a cat that i've had for ten years. damn thing pisses in our house, so he's banned to our sundeck for now. i've taken him to the vet 100 times about this, and after medication, and some other changes, the thing still pisses where he wants. the vet figures it's a territorial thing, or stress. stress??? lol
