OH!  OH MY GOSH!  OH-H-H!!!!!

I am shocked, stunned...!  I think I'm going to cry! Today is February 4, and I'm seeing all these glorious birthday greetings for the first time!  If it had not been for our good friend Laura I may never have known this thread existed--- oh, my, my old heart is racing and thrilled to see all of those messages that I never knew were there!   :o ;D   You all are the greatest, and WHY didn't somebody give me a nudge or a swift kick much sooner to find out why I had never acknowledged all this kindness?!  Thank you Laura (and where did you find that picture of me from my ... ahem... earlier years  :laugh: ?

I guess I'll have to tell Pete (ptannen) that he wasn't my only Bettermost friend to tell me Happy Birthday on our Bean Site!  I love every one of the greetings, from the straightforward 'to the point' Happy Birthday! ones, to the elaborate ones like Laura's-- (wow!).  Gotta love the homage to my PANTS one  ;D... and okay, somebody had to show the more current version of what I look like (Truman, was that you?!) instead of letting everyone imagine I still looked like the young, thin, unwrinkled version Laura offered  :laugh: ....  ah, well, there it is, and it was sweet to go to that trouble to show the real me  ;).  You all are sweethearts, and I hope you'll accept these heartfelt and belated thanks for the sweetest birthday tribute I could imagine.  Thanks again to Laura for pointin' me in the right direction--  in this case, seeing all this 'late' was SO much better than seeing it never!
