Did he pay for that chimeny? Or was that only lip-service??
I would placed him in jail definately!! A jail term!!
And once out, if he had not paid that lady, then back to jail!!
And once out again, if he had not paid the firemen, then back to jail.
Once out again, if he had not paid for his prison term(s), then back to jail again.
Why? My true story:
Last year, we had new neighbours who sent at least 10 policemen for nothing, firemen for nothing, etc.; why should mother and I, (and other real citzens) pay for that?? When I say that while firemen are here in our yard for nothing, then a second too late a mother, a father, a child... other(s) could be burned... even died because of bad so-called-neighbours.
I mention that same thing to poilicemen and they reply, well we are here to serve; to which I replied, you serve only criminals and us decent citizens get no services!!- and they smile or laugh!! Rare is justice?? Is it only for criminals at times??
