"Men are men and the sheep run scared."

"Men are men and the sheep run scared."
Very funny, Justin!
"EQUAL RIGHTS" has to do with voting rights as far as European Americans are concerned. The motto probably has no connection to the rights of Native Americans nor Americans from other ethnic groupings.
Oh, here is something related to many men in Wyoming that I was writing in a IM with a friend.
Well, we do know that homophobic heterosexuals and deeply hidden-in-the-proverbial-homosexual-closet guys in Wyoming are scared in regard to the Movie which is about their state.
-
I believe the 'Equal Rights' motto has to do with the Wyoming territory being the first in the US to grant voting rights to women in 1869.

And WHITE women at that!

Wyomen - you had to dig deep to find this old thread! Nice job. Has anyone heard from BBMGrandma? I thought I saw some of her in feedback for various fan fiction. I do understand how fan fiction can suck one in for hours (or days) at a time. Nonetheless, I miss her. Maybe I'll try an email?? Nancy - if you're reading this, we need you back!!

CoyotePiper is correct. It was, and still is, an interesting period in Wyoming history, and ironically contridicted by the brutal murder of Matthew Sheppard.
