No, just superstitious panic. Enough men will join in with the accusers so as to excuse any sexual shortcomings *ahem* that they have had for sometime. Shrinkage is also a possibility when a man gets really really scared - or cold. As usual, it's all in their heads. Er, the big one, I mean. :P
