Post by: David In Indy on May 12, 2008, 03:37:54 pm
Here's 13 new and creative uses for those things often thrown away or stuck in a drawer. I like the toliet paper roll idea! :D

Thanks for posting that, David! I like the toilet-paper roll idea, too (if you mean the one about holding extension cords, though the clear vase is a good one, too).

I also liked photo album as business-card holder and hairdryer for label removal.

I'm sorry you were sad.  :(  But it's nice to know the hairdryer idea works, and that discovering that even helped you feel a tiny bit less sad.

Oh I am very easy to please these days. When life has thrown as  much cr-p at you as it has me recently, you gain a whole new perspective on things.
Hell I am even beginning to think American plumbing is efficient.!!!!
In fact if the new puppy only cr-ps on the floor 2-3 times a day, then I am positively ecstatic.
In fact I am currently delirious, as we have had another day with no outbursts from son. I may just get carried away with it all and break open the cookies.!!!!!

Just wanted to report that I've been saving toilet-paper rolls and using them to hold my extension cords. It works great! They store more compactly and don't get tangled.

Thanks again for posting this, David.
