This has been a pesky problem for a few months now and we're still trying to work it out. At the lower right of our forum pages, you will see a weather box with the current weather in Riverton or Childress. Unfortunately, the code from the Weather Channel which makes that possible is not the best written, and on several occasions during your visit, the text portion of the weather box may wander around your screen, sometimes landing smack dab in the middle of a message you are trying to read or write.
No, the problem is not on your end. It's on ours, and we've been trying to fix it by working with the Weather Channel people. But if a resolution isn't forthcoming soon, we'll switch to something else.
I just wanted you to know we knew about this!

The weather box has been behaving itself lately, but I always see Childress, never Riverton! With a storm coming in from the Pacific, I'd like to be able to see both. Anyone else have this problem?

Hunh. It's interesting how differently the weather box text behaves for different people. The weather box text definitely still migrates around my screen. But, it also alternates between Childress and Riverton properly for me.
Very strange that it wouldn't alternate for you Sister Mod.

It randomly alternates. Just hit refresh a few times. The wandering text is still bothering me. I am going to see about putting back on the old code or do something different, because it irritates me too.
