Title: Chrissi's late October What is it ***Answer posted***

I think I have an easy one this time. It's a detail photo of ________.
But I didn't want to make it too easy, so I blurred the picture a bit. But blurring was all I did; I didn't mess with the coloring.

Broom bristles aren't hollow though, are they? If they were hollow they would break off when using the broom. Wouldn't they? ???

I think it's a roof. That looks like thatch. And I think thatch is hollow. Although we don't see too many thatched roofs in the Midwest so I could be very wrong about this. :-\

Drinking straws is another possibility, but I'm guessing it is a roof. :D

Well I had to run for my glasses because I thought my eyesight was fuzzy, and then I read you had blurred it on purpose.

I went for broom. Presumably a straw broom, as that's got a Halloween connection.
It looks like the ends of the bristles, all of different sizes.

Most of the other possibilities would have the same, or roughly the same, size ends, or be the wrong shape.

But not just any goat, it's a very rare breed, a "Vierhornziege" = goat with four horns. And I took the pictures myself this time (the things you do for your fellow Brokies..... but no, I'll be honest; I took the pics last year on vacation ;D).

Me neither (before last year, that is). They are indeed very, very rare. They are on the Red List for prodictive livestock; threatened to be extinguished.
I think they look great. But I like goats anyway.

Now for the consolation prizes. To get the job finished I started two quizzes earlier, I hand out two consolation prizes today.

You already have a massage ball and batteries.

Aww! Thank you for my goat Chrissi! I promise I'll take good care of him. I'll brush him every day, I'll feed him only the highest quality goat food, I'll give him lots of hugs, kisses and cuddles, and he'll have plenty of room in my backyard to run around and roam. :)

my mom had a pair....back when she sewed a lot...using reg scissors makes your hand cramp after a while, and you can get a cleaner cut with the electric one.

David, we love your lambs.  I have a few myself, and they eat a lot!

At least motorized scissors don't need to be petted and fed LOL.
