On a recent trip to Cornell University, media scholar and known queer activist Diana Pozo discovered that the now-passé phrase, "that's so gay," has been replaced by the much more subtly homophobic, "that's mad brokeback.... yo." Amused, yet enraged that a fictitious geographical feature should be so harnessed in the name of evil, she set out to forge the one weapon that could reclaim her beloved Brokeback Mountain.... MAD BROKEBACK RADIO!

Offering a unique mix of serious discussion, lighthearted skits, and general mayhem, Mad Brokeback Radio brings you only the gayest in Saturday-night broadcasting. Queer culture on campus, intentional and unintentional homoeroticism and group therapy mix with a well-placed song or two to create a uniquely "brokeback" experience.
