DUBYA HEADING TO CALGARY TO GIVE SPEECH
The "least popular president in modern American history", who took 4 years to pay his first visit to the country with which it has the most economic ties has chosen Calgary as his (likely) first public appearance on the lecture circuit - one month after Obama pays his respects.
Even very conservative Alberta is not amused.
The Alberta (conservative) premier had this to say in his press conference: "He's a free man," said Stelmach. "He can travel to any country he wants."
