but does the pageant committee want their cutlets back?

UPDATE: We learned Carrie just received her letter of termination. She is officially out.
We've learned "biblically correct" Carrie Prejean will lose her Miss California USA crown today because she doesn't play well with others.
Sources connected with the pageant tell us even Donald Trump has now had it with Carrie, because she's violating her contract by not getting clearance to do her extracurricular stuff.
We're also told Carrie has been a no-show for appearances she was supposed to make for the pageant organization.
The firing, we're told, is strictly based on Carrie breaching her contract. It's not based on her political and moral views.
Carrie is getting her walking papers this afternoon.
The new Miss California USA will be Miss Malibu Tami Farrell.

That's interesting ... confusing! Just a few days ago Trump supported her.
Maybe he did it this way to emphasize that he is firing her not for revealing her breastesses, but for being a jerk. ?

My read on this is that Trumpy gave her a talkin to a couple of weeks back when the complaints were lodged, and told her "Just toe the line on your appearances and stick to the contract and we'll keep you." And she didn't. the appearances requirement she had already ducked out of a couple of times, leading one of the members of the pageant committee to resign, I believe, a former Miss Cali herself. But it looks like Carrie didn't heed the warning.

Oh, too late. Quite accidentally through answering a pageant question she found her way to fame and probably to a carreer - she won't disappear again.
I wouldn't be surprised whether the actions that got her fired were premeditated on her behalf, maybe she thinks there will be more publicity and/or she has a better offer from some Conservative/Evangelical/Anti-gay type organizationMaybe she suddenly considers herself a political asset and valuable, courageous spokesperson in addition to being a beauty queen?

No. I mean the girl was Miss California. How demanding are the duties? She wanted this job, so much so, she got fake boobs and a fake tan, kept her hair bleached, practiced walking in high heels and a swimsuit and she couldn't keep up with the demand of the job??!?!

She's on Hannity now, and was saying she honored all her commitments.
She also said that she had no idea she was fired, she found out about it when the media called her for a comment.

I can't imagine Donald Trump as a gay rights, gay marriage, gay anything advocate. He has proved time and again that what's important to him is money and good looking women. (With money coming first.) I don't think he's ever said, "You're fired!" on his own TV show when it wasn't about business.

Agree. If Trump dumped her, it had to do with business. No other reason. As for how she got fired...well, he saved her butt once, and we all agreed it was his show, he could do what he wanted. And this time, when she's being kicked to the curb... well, it's his circus and he can do what he wants...

Carrie Prejean might've been a well-publicized opponent to same-sex marriage, but her Miss California replacement isn't an ally, either. Runner-up-cum-title-holder Tami Farrell doesn't want to see you gays getting married, but adds, "I don't think I have the right or anybody has the right to tell somebody who they can or can't love." well bless her heart!
So much for the argument from Prejean (who just lost another contract) that she was ousted by Donald Trump because she's against marriage equality.
But even if she stands with Prejean on marriage, it's good to see Farrell (pictured here at Sunday's Playboy Jazz Festival) hasn't given up the Miss California title's tradition of supporting women disrobing.

After being fired by Donald Trump earlier this summer, Carrie Prejean wants to keep her name in the headlines. Hey, maybe she's not so dumb after all - just a bitch!
Sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com that the former Miss California is filing a lawsuit against the Miss California organization, as well as Keith Lewis and Shanna Moakler, the Cali pageant organizers.
Prejean is alleging slander, libel, public disclosure of private facts, religious discrimination, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligent infliction of emotional distress.
Donald Trump is not named as one of the defendants in the suit.
The complaint, which we obtained a copy of (see below), will be filed with Superior Court of the State of California, the County of Los Angeles - Central Division.
Carrie is alleging a "conspiracy" against her by Moakler and Lewis and that their "wrongful conduct" against her "constituted a breach of duty."
Perez is mentioned multiple times in the lawsuit. Thanks for the shout-outs, boo!
The lawsuit goes on to list every little thing that happened after Carrie deservedly lost the Miss USA title in Las Vegas . We lived that shit. No need to relive it again!
The blonde charges that Shanna and Keith lied to the media when they called her "unreliable" and claimed that she failed to attend many public appearances, as she was required to per her role as Miss California.
Prejean claims that Moakler and Lewis set out to lie about her and defame her publicly, with the intention of causing her to lose her crown.
Carrie says that she has suffered "lost earnings" as a result of all this.
WTF???? Okay, now she's a dumb bitch again! If anything, Prejean should be thanking Shanna and Keith - and especially Perez - for giving her a career.
Were it not for this "scandal" little Carrie would not have just scored a recent book deal.
This whole lawsuit smells like a bullshit attempt to drum up anticipation and sales for her memoir, which is to be released in November.
The suit further goes on to claim that as a result of Moakler and Lewis' actions, Prejean has suffered anxiety, depression, loss of sleep and stress.
That's life, bitch. Deal with it!
Oh, and Carrie is DEFINITELY not happy that Shanna and Keith revealed to the world that she had a boob job!
In the suit, Prejean falsely claims that Moakler and Lewis conspired with Perez to attack her because of her religious beliefs.

But other legal experts say the suit would be dismissed as frivolous because there was no government involvement in the contest and no violation of rights in that private enterprise.
"The First Amendment insulates interference with religion from the government — it does not insulate religious interference with anyone else," said Judge Andrew Napolitano, senior legal analyst for FOX News. "I don't think the litigation would get to first base."
If anything, Napolitano added, Prejean "has a cause of action against 'The Donald' — against the people who run this thing" for choosing biased judges.
