Title: The Grape Holiday Cook-off!
Post by: Front-Ranger on December 22, 2011, 11:45:47 am
Here's another friendly cooking competition for BetterMostians!! I'm looking for the BestMost recipe featuring grapes. Black, green, red, you name it, show us how you work grapes into your holiday menus. There will be extra credit if the dish is cooked or if you include a photo. Happy grape holidays, everyone!!

I never use grapes in cooking, I'm afraid.

Except, the other day I poured some wine in when cooking osso buco. Does that count?   :D

I made a cold plum soup once upon a time...I don't know why you couldn't do the same with nice grapes - you strain it, so seeds wouldn't matter.  But it is more summery than Christmas.

The boring answer - I like grapes in salads, especially if there is a feta or bleu cheese involved too, maybe some sesame seeds...
