So, would it be fair to say it's really a computer with a flat-screen monitor?
Yes, that's what I've gotten!
I have it connected, but I haven't used it yet.
I have a friend who is a tech guy by profession. He recommended a certain security/virus protection, and I had just renewed it at the beginning of the year. I contacted him and asked if there was a way to transfer it to my new computer, and he said there was, and he can help me with that, so I'm waiting on his help for that. I don't want to use the computer until this is in place, so I'm still using the current desk top. Once the security is set up, I can transfer what docs and pics and favorites I want, and then I'm good to go.
Stay-cation will end on Monday morning when the alarm goes off, and I know I'm going to hate hearing it!
I can't complain however, I managed to get a lot done. I got the new comp, TV, updated my surge bars, moved some furniture and vacuumed behind them, laundry is put away, groceries ordered, and I even managed to get my work laptop signed on and went through all my emails.
Yes, one shouldn't use a work laptop while away from work but I hate signing on the first day back from vacation to see over 500 emails that need to be sorted through. I got that done yesterday, so it's just the ones that need replies that are left.
