Same here Kerry, not that I have ever kept a diary.

When I got my first computer I had all intentions of starting a journal, and saving it to my computer, but then I found other stuff on the puter and never got around to it.

I love my computer for that very reason, Sue.

I have the most enormous library known to man, right here in the room with me!   

I know that if any tiny thought enters my head, no matter how peripheral, all I have to do is Google it and I 'll be inundated with information.

For example, the other day, for no apparent reason whatsoever, the name of Alexander the Great's lover, Hephaistion, came to mind. I Googled his name and found this wonderful site:

My computer has also provided me with countless images of Christopher Meloni! That alone makes the purchase price worthwhile!

Oh yes Kerry, the phenomenon of the internet never ceases to amaze me.

My hubby often says, how great it would have been if we had had this source of information when we were at school.

Not to mention the communications between people, linking up from all over the world.

I used to laugh, no I used to actually snigger, when I used to read years ago, that one day, everyone would have a computer in their home, wondering what in the hell, would I need a computer for......

.........I soon found out.

I only writr a diary on holiday ontha  I'll ahve one for India but thats a few months away yet, but you're right - people write about stuff on here rather than on a diary I'm sure these days.
