I bought my shirt to wear on Heath's birthday today.  I think it is perfect.

Will we get a pic? Or a description?

Speaking of Heath and shirts .....

Yesterday I found some pics I hadn't seen before, of a very young Heath with an God-awful shirt  ;D. They're from a movie premiere in 1997. In general, I prefer Heath in more recent pics (ouch  :(), but this shirt is too good to not show it  ;D

Absolutely.  I was surprised to discover no striped shirts in my wardrobe - there used to be some.  This shirt is red and white horizontal striped with slender tan stripes next to each red stripe.  It is more the style than the colors that put me in mind of Heath.  It is a hoody pullover with a low center pocket that opens on the sides, 3/4 sleeves, soft cotton.  I will take a photo while I am wearing it.

Sounds great. I've always loved horizontal stripes and I love hoodies  :D
I had a horizontal striped hoodie once  (purple and green! uh) and for years it was my favorite piece of clothing.

I used to like horizontal stripes too - when I was thinner.   ;D  I think that is why there are none in my current wardrobe.

He he  ;D. I have less scruple. I still wear horizontal stripes, I just avoid broader stripes, have switched to narrow stripes and loose fit shirts.

Or another trick is, pick stripes in colors close in tone. For example, brown and black, or dark green and navy. I think the only real problems come with starkly contrasting colors in broad stripes.

I'll try to stay clear from *that* kind of stripes
