No, it's the same place. They just dropped the "Coat Factory" because they sell much more than coats. The older store here was for all intents and purposes a regular department store.
That's what I thought -- that for all intensive purposes it was a department store. (Just being annoying on the intensive; I'm not even sure I've ever heard anyone say that IRL but at this point it's such a famous mistake. An eggcorn, according to Merriam Webster, I just learned!

And yeah, Hey Burlington, maybe don't locate yourself in semi-deserted unfashionable strip malls in areas people don't normally think of shopping for clothes?
In the closer malls to here, I've probably been in almost every store -- J. Crew, the Gap, Eddie Bauer or whatever -- literally dozens of times. And for many years of my life, I've lived within about 5 miles of a Burlington. Never even parked in front of it.
They need a better marketing team or sumpn'!
