Hi Chuck!

It's overcast and sprinkly here, but it's 49* -- not too cold. Overall dreary. But nice to get to catch up with people at BM, WY!

Got an agenda today? Me--just lounging around. And maybe grading some papers. Then taking a nap. Hoping to feel like going back to work tomorrow.

Do you have any "cleanse" side effects besides hunger? Did you get a headache or anything?

I've been trying to eat more healthy food at lunch. My co-worker and I brought celery, tomatoes, plain almonds, fruit, etc. Trying to stay away from manufactured stuff.  It's pretty good. By supper my stomach is growling which is a good thing, I think.
  ;)

Hiya Shasta!

The hunger I can deal with.  One of the things that I was under the impression would happen would be that I was going to be utilizing the bathroom more, but that has not happened.  I made no plans thinking I would want to stay close to home, but I could've gone out and did stuff the past two days.  lmao.

Not sure how much stuff has been "cleansed" from my system, but it was easier than I thought it would be.

Will you play my record? One-track mind!

did you take enough of the 'stuff' to truly get cleansed?
 ;)
I wonder if it is all that different from what you have to take prior to a colonoscopy...

How appropriate, under the circumstances. ...
