On my way to work I was listening to a local radio station. A lady was talking to the D.J.'s. (I didn't get in on the first part of it....) but it seems she had found a box all taped up in a ditch -- for some reason she investigated and found 4 little kittens -- recently weaned -- just thrown out to die. She took them home and plans to keep one, but she wants to give the other 3 away. A man who works for the station is going to take the little calico. I haven't heard about the other 2, but she still has them and is taking care of them.

Now--what kind of human would do that? If they didn't want the kittens, they could have taken them to a shelter or something. I don't understand that kind of no heart people.

Anyway, I was glad the lady happened to find them. They will probably talk about them again in the morning.

Tell him when l come up to him and ask to play the record, l'm gonna say: ''Voulez-vous jouer ce disque?''
'Voulez-vous, will you kiss my dick?'
Will you play my record? One-track mind!

I'm sure they'll all find homes.....when someone does something like that, people all over the city line up to adopt them.

They will. The town also has a "no-kill" animal shelter. It's completely manned by foster "parents". The animals stay in homes until they are adopted. There is an adoption time at the PetCo every Saturday. I got one of my dogs there. You have to fill out a lot of papers and agree to have the pet spayed/neutered too.

I've always wanted to be a foster parent to kittens, but my cat Baxter does not play  well with others. :(
he is a rescue cat and you would think he would be a little more compassionate to other strays !  LOL
But.. NO............................

My cats never did well when a newbie came along. I've decided--since my cat died--that the next time, I'll get two at the same time so they will enjoy each other. Once when I got a kitten, one of my older cats ran away, and I never found her. I'd had her for about 14 years or so too. So I will never do that again. My other older cat stayed, but never really liked the new one at all. I wonder why they are like that? My dogs aren't like that at all.
