Well, it looks like my area is fixin' to be hit with a snow storm, starting sometime mid morning!  I'll make a quick run to the bank to make my car payment, and mail the last of my packages today at the post office, and then the ride home from work will be a mess, I'm sure.

I reconnected with a great friend last night, hadn't spoken to her in about a year or so, she's busy in the entertainment industry.

Her name is Betty Dee, lead singer of the group Sweet Sensation.

This was them, back in the day.

Good morning, Chuck!!

I don't remember them, but in the late 80's / early 90's my personal life was in an uproar and nothing made much of an impression then.  :P Plus--our idea of a night out was dinner and a movie. We lived in a very rural area -- no dance clubs or anything modern like that. Rarely watched TV.  :-\

They are very good. Are they going to make a comeback with their new member? They did a great job on "Love Child" which I do remember from the earlier DR/Supremes version. That's cool that ya'll are friends. Is Betty from your area?

Have a great day and be careful on the SNOW!! You're gonna have a WHITE CHRISTMAS, I bet. We have one every so often and we love it. Maybe we'll get one this year too. ;) Do you put chains on  your tires?
