busy weekend here.

I meant to do grocery shopping on Friday night,  but sat on the couch and  fell asleep.   ::)

Turns out it was a good thing to do.  I got a call on Friday that dad went to the hospital, he had pains in his lower stomach.  They ran a battery of tests on him, and could find nothing major wrong.  Was diagnosed with constipation, and sent home.  As a result, mom didn't shop Friday.

I took her Saturday, and let dad rest.  I did my own shopping while she did hers, and then took her home.  When she checked on Dad, he had a high fever, so without putting anything away, we took him back to the hospital.  Mom stayed with him while I went to their house to feed the cat and put away the frozen/refrigerated things.

Current diagnosis is that  either dad has gall stones, or his gall bladder needs to come out.

Tell him when l come up to him and ask to play the record, l'm gonna say: ''Voulez-vous jouer ce disque?''
'Voulez-vous, will you kiss my dick?'
Will you play my record? One-track mind!

Sorry about your Dad but glad they found the area of cause so in that way the fever was good. Gallstones are treatable and you can live without your gallbladder. Hope all goes well.

Oh, dear.  :(  I hope everything turns out OK.

Hello Bettermost friends!

Friday is coming, so is pay day!  ;D   It's also Labor Day weekend, so Monday is a day off!  :)

Dad continues to improve.  They were not able to do a Laparoscopy because dad's gall bladder was "too fried", whatever that means.  They removed it through surgery, and dad is making a great recovery.

He's passing all his breathing tests, and they've already got him out of bed and walking around.

Happy to hear your Dad is recovering.  They don't let a person hang around the hospital too long these days!!!!

Hiya BetterMost friends!

Keeping busy today!

Dad is still at the hospital, and continuing to improve.  Other than that, no major updates on anything.

Had sushi last night for dinner -  Las Vegas Roll and Chili Shrimp Roll- both from Benihana.
