Mine's about the same, to both jobs. One is mostly driving, a fairly long distance and 30-45 minutes depending on traffic, with congestion as I go through the city but otherwise pretty clear sailing. The other is only about a 10-minute drive distance-wise, but then I have to park in a ramp and walk to the building and then walk halfway down the block to the entrance then once inside walk back to the other end of the building to take an escalator to the second floor then walk halfway back to the middle of the building for the elevators up to the 12th floor ... and by then it's about 30 minutes. Oh, how I miss our old building with a parking lot right outside and a simple elevator/stair system!

We got to see the new location before we  move in, I like it!

It was very modern and sleek looking, all on the first floor.  :)

We left Friday at 3:00, and went home for the day.  We report to the new building on Monday, and everything should be set up for us.  :)  We'll see!

Oh, on a side note, I finally got the windows to the apartment decorated for  Halloween.

I usually do it much earlier!

I usually do it at about 5 p.m. on Oct. 31!  :laugh: I drag out the Halloween box and put up the plastic skeleton, one of my kids' homemade ghosts, the flashing pumpkin and maybe an old mask or two.

The woman who sits in the cub across from me at work has a cardboard skeleton hanging next to the entrance to the cube. The way she has the skeleton positioned, it appears to be dancing, and it's made in such a way that it looks as if it's smiling. It's certainly the happiest-looking skeleton I've ever seen!  ;D

I have my two ceramic jack-o-lanterns sitting out on my entertainment center at home. I guess it's time I can start lighting the candles I have inside them.
