AKA Live like a cop, die like a man

IMDb:  Fred and Tony are members of an elite 'special squad' of police in Rome, Italy whom are licensed-to-kill, undercover cops whom thrive on living dangerously.

My Italian is not that good, but the title seems to say the opposite:  "Born as a man, die as a cop".

From IMDb:

A group of friends head to Las Vegas for a bachelor party.. only things go wrong and a woman is killed. Soon, the bodies are piling up and the friends find themselves turning against one another as the coverup builds.

Another completely twisted Christian Slater movie.  ::);)

IMDB: The crooks in London know how it works. No one carries guns and no one resists the police. Then a new gang appears that go one better. They dress as police and steal from the crooks. This upset's the natural order of the police/criminal relationship and the police and the crooks join forces to catch the IPOs (Impersonating Police Officers), including an armored car robbery in which the police must help the gangs to set a trap.

Wildcard "X" is Murder By Death (1976)
« Reply #4383 on: July 11, 2008, 08:56:41 pm »

Wikipedia:  Murder by Death is a 1976 comedy movie written by Neil Simon and directed by Robert Moore. The plot is a spoof of the traditional country house whodunit, familiar to mystery fiction fans from classics such as Agatha Christie's And Then There Were None, a form also parodied for the stage in Tom Stoppard's The Real Inspector Hound. The cast is an ensemble of British and American comic stars playing send-ups of well-known fictional sleuths, and also features a rare performance by In Cold Blood author Truman Capote. The film was presented at the Venice International Film Festival, in 1976.

Peter Sellers was hilarious as Sydney Wang.

From IMDb:  Omnipresent Bollywood acting dynamo Sunny Deol stars as Deva, the son of an honest lawyer (Anupam Kher) who lives with his brother, Aakash (Sachin Khedekar), and his beloved sister, Guddi (Richa Behl).  Imprisoned after a man touches Guddi and sets off his violent, jealous rage, Deva falls into a life of crime, quickly rising to the top of the city's criminal underworld -- much to the chagrin of the other crime bosses, who plot his murder.  Their attempt to frame him for the murder of an important minister doesn't go as planned, and Deva suddenly finds himself on the run, with the minister as a hostage, and his brother and sister murdered.

"B" is Brideshead Revisited (2008)
« Reply #4388 on: July 11, 2008, 11:58:33 pm »
Charles and Sebastian meet at Oxford in the 1920s.

One of the most important novels of the 20th Century, Brideshead Revisited tells the story of Charles Ryder's obsession with the Marchmain family. After meeting the charismatic but flawed Sebastian, Charles is seduced into the unique world of Brideshead, and becomes infatuated with Sebastian's unobtainable sister, Julia.

A passionate affair erupts, but nothing - not success, wealth or experience - is enough to bridge the spiritual and social divide between them.

To be released 2008.
