Description from IMDb:
Dublin; June 16, 1904. Stephen Dedalus, who fancies himself as a poet, embarks on a day of wandering about the city during which he finds friendship and a father figure in Leopold Bloom, a middle-aged Jew. Meanwhile, Bloom's day, illuminated by a funeral and an evening of drinking and revelry that stirs paternal feelings toward Stephen, ends with a rapprochement with Molly, his earthy wife. The film ranked tenth on Bravo's 100 Scariest Movie Moments for its riveting climax.

I went to see this with some sorority sisters, and we screamed and grabbed each other so hard, I had a bruise on my arm afterwards.  ;D

A Batfink cartoon! Hey, there wasn't much to choose from for Z titles in 1967!

Re: ABCs at the Movies: Round "I Can't Believe We Didn't Play That Movie!"

To celebrate 40 rounds of ABCs at the Movies, I am announcing a very special round:

"I Can't Believe We Didn't Play That Movie!"

Here's your chance to play that special movie that got missed. Personal favorites, big winners, campy...whatever.

Rules are simple:

1) We'll do a countdown from A to Z, as usual.
2) Any movie from 1967 - 2007 can be played, IF IT HASN'T BEEN PLAYED BEFORE. Please check the archive if you aren't sure.
3) List the movie with its year, ie: "M" is Midnight Cowboy (1969)
4) The two-turn rule applies, as always.
5) Wildcard X is still in play for this round.

Have fun with this special round! Things will get back to "normal" with Round 1966.

Questions? PM me.

I actually have seen this, and liked it....before Memneto, before The Matrix (and LOTR)...there was

And btw, this is pretty tough - finding one that hasn't been played - unless I am using the search engine wrong. Which I'm sure I am.
