Interested in January recipes?
« on: January 03, 2025, 08:25:02 pm »
Is anyone interested in trading recipes for the New Year? I tend to refer to these as "spa recipes." Tonight, I'm making Sweet Potato Hash with Tofu from the New York Times: https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1024671-sweet-potato-hash-with-tofu

And no, I do not do "dry January." January is hard enough without making it even more intolerable.

I normally don't cook differently in January compared to other months.

I can see the need for it if you're low on money after the holidays, but I see January as any other winter month.

I'm interested in why you make different food in January if it isn't for financial reasons, Lee.
