Bumping this fun thread because I had some yummy homemade eggnog the other night.
Fresh egg yolks blended with a little sugar, softly beaten egg whites, add a little half-and-half and milk. Goslings dark rum from Bermuda this time. Freshly grated nutmeg on top. That says Christmas to me.
Of course it's rich, so I only have one glass, and usually only once a season.
