Last week the holder on my Starbucks said, "60% post-consumer fiber sleeve" -- I guess "post-consumer" is a new term for "recycled"? The cup was 10% post-consumer. That's the first time I'd seen it, anyway.

Post consumer is a particular kind of recycled material -- I believe it's the stuff we actually put in the recycle bins. I'm not sure exactly what "pre-consumer" recycled material would be, but I suppose it's some kind of byproduct of manufacturing.

"Fiber sleeve" is a new one for me, though.
