Two things I notice - injest is soon going to overtake Lucise as #1 poster, and also very soon the top ten posters will all be over 2,000 posts.

Raining here too, David, and 51 degrees. Okay, so it has warmed up from the past few mornings but it is still dark. When do we change the clocks? Then it will be light again at this end of the day, for a few weeks.

I actually hate it when we change the clocks in the fall. I really feel like winter has descended upon us.

At least beginning in 2007 Daylight Saving Time begins earlier than it used to, the second Sunday in March instead of the first Sunday in April. Beginning in 2007 those of us on the East Coast will be on Daylight Saving Time more than we will be on Eastern Standard Time.

50 degrees and no rain today.

After the rain stopped yesterday, it turned into a beautiful, warm day. I had a chance to get outside and walk around. Foliage seems to have peaked.

G'morning Leslie!   :D

Same here.  52*F and no rain.   It is supposed to get up to 69*F today, although partly cloudy and chance for rain/thundershower tonight.

A new dilema!  I don't have garage space for my new wagon and nobody makes a car cover for them!    At least none that I've found yet...   ???

Weren't you going to sell one of the other cars? You could also rent a self storage space (although that costs money). I have heard people store cars in those.

How big is your garage, anyway?

Our garage (1 car) is home to the lawnmower and lots of other junk, so my nice convertible sits out, year round. On snowy days, I think about blowing up the lawnmower, I really do...LOL

Hi Leslie,

Yes, the big ol Dodge is forsale.   Four cars is just too much to keep moving around.    I only have a one car garage as well.   But I can park up to 7 comfortably in my driveway!    But 6 of those would be in a single row!  LOL

Hopefully the dodge sells this fall.   Then just the wagon and PT Cruiser will be outside.   Even if I had the $27,000 to build a new two car garage, my property is pretty small and the City Zoning most likely wouldn't allow it.    What I need is a two car garage that is double deep so i can get 4 inside!    The three cars plus a bay for the mower and other lawn stuff.    Nah, you know me, i'd put a 4th car in there!    LOL!

Friday's Weather Report brought to you by the Old Brokeback Almanac

Westbrook, ME

55 degrees, dark and rainy. Prediction is for more rain, although eventually it will get light, but probably not sunny.

Same here Leslie.   Light rain here this morning.   The sun never broke thru yesterday either.

So today is my Tuesday.  But then again, it is also my Weds!  (I work Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sundays now.)

The Airport was a Zoo yesterday.  Alot of people fly out on Thursdays for a long weekend I guess.    Connecticut Senator (and Presidential hopeful) Joe Lieberman came thru my checkpoint yesterday.  VIPS get to cut to the head of the long lines.   You'd think he'd be better to wait in line like everyone else to meet people, shake hands etc etc.

I was actually more happy to unexpectedly bump into my Best friends Father in line.   :)
