My take, at the risk of sounding like a Gloomy Gus, is that people are moving on. This thing has grabbed hold of some of us for well over a year now. Maybe it's time. 

Hope you're feeling better, Amanda--and that I haven't just made you feel worse!

Hey Jeff! Yes, I'm feeling better thanks!  I'm back posting, so I'm definitely improving.  I missed two days of work though... so it was bad.  I really don't like calling in sick.

And no, you didn't make me feel gloomy.  I don't think people are really moving on permanently.  I think the slow day might have been a coincidence or a slow-patch might just be a phase. It makes sense that sometimes people might need a break from the computer. My feeling is that this is about a lot more than BBM at this point.  I think for many people, BetterMost has taken on a significance of it's own as a community at this point.  There are so many friendships here that it's hard to think of people turning their backs on that. We also seem to continually attract some active and interested newbies too.  So, that's a great thing as well.

WOW!     I just signed on and noticed that nobody has posted on Chez Tremblay in over 12 hours!   

 

That's because I am in Europe and sightseeing, not chained to the computer like usual!

Sometimes weekdays can be kinda slow.    Then it starts jumping after folks get home from work.

Rain today, high around 53* F.

Tomorrow rain changing to Snow, high around 35*F.

Yesterday was about 60*F.        Some of my coworkers arrived in short sleeves and no jackets.   I switched from my heavy TSA coat to my light TSA jacket.     I think tomorrow I'll have to switch back to the heavy jacket!
