Wow Fiona!

I thought I had troubles with bad neighbours! I admire your guts and work for decentcy!!

You do not know that as youth I worked in a big grocery store, but since it was in millionaire area, dog and cat foods was sold more than human food ! Isn't that something ?

What does it say? And those customers would never say thank you!

At least, you got some good customers  ? !

Au revoir,
hugs!

There is a space in my home that would be perfect for a Christmas village but instead there's a big elk antler there that we acquired on one of our jaunts. I'm going to decorate the elk antler with simple candles...gold, I think.

Here is the antler...anybody have any decorating advice? How do you decorate an elk antler, anyway??

That's easy, FRiend:

I'd say wrap some green around it (or ribbons in Christmas designs) and add Christmas tree balls; or, if you want to place a Christmas village there, remove the antler for the time being, until after Christmas.

Forty degrees F, cloudy, and drizzly here this morning.

I hear things are a real mess in New England.  :(

Mostly flooding here.  Yuk.  I'll bet Leslie got snow and ice.

We got ice and rain. Now it is 32.5 degrees and raining. Schools are closed and I am at home, at least for now. My husband went to work and said things are much worse in Saco and Biddeford, 15 miles south. Lots of trees and limbs down, blocking the road. The power is going on and off. For the moment, I am cozy and warm. Let's hope it stays that way!
