Friends, this post will mark the end of my active participation on Bettermost. To me the "town" is no longer the congenial place it used to be, so it's time to pack up the saddle bags and head out.

I will be taking a break as well, for basically the same reasons.

Wow Jeff!!! I did not know it had come to this and I am very sorry to see you leave. As you know you have been one of my best friends on here and also a part of The Alliance on the Wyoming trip as well as my roommate for many nights of the trip. That leaves me as the only remaining member of The Alliance. Of course there was really only you and I that participated a lot here on Bettermost........well let's say participated at all as far as Bettermost goes. I have phased in and out several times thinking that I needed to get away and work on other things, but then I always realize how many good friends I do have here. These friends have provided me a lot of insight and a lot of support during several times of me feeling really down at times in the past. I don't talk a lot about BBM anymore, but there are so many other things here that I do find enjoyable. I think I must have missed some of the bad times you have been through on here lately. Whatever they were I am glad I did miss them. As I said in a recent post I try to stay away from those types of conversations nowdays. I simply have too many friends on both sides of issues and as I have said before those friendships are more important to me than any issue. It seems that my experiences on DC were different in that I did tend to get mad at things and end up on sides. For whatever reasons I always felt on the defense there and felt I did not fit in at all. I do have some friends there, but I can never be comfortable there. It also seemed that I was frequently the one who would have posts deleted. Oh well. I sure do hope you keep in touch with me and I know you will. You have my regular email address as well as this one so I hope to hear from you and how you are doing. I will miss you a lot, but I do understand your decision.

These are more reasons to get Bettermost bettered!
So members can stay and be more and more happy!
And others can become members too as we all grow here
on Bettermost!

Bring in real issues, help, as with bettering structures, etc.
in many ways!

Bettermost has been wonderful and can continue better,
just like life as we want it to be better for happiness for all!
