Hiya Leslie!

    CVG?    Been there many times!    I like the central food court they have there.  I usually fly Delta and they lay over at CVG for most flights.     Nothing better then grabbing some hot cinna-buns between flights!   The food!  the food!   LOL.

   Darien?   Shoot , my train to/from NYC stopped there Sunday.   Your Hubby should have just taken the train down from Bostons South Station.    The drive down I-95 is horrible.

I actually had some 4-way chili, cincinnati style for lunch...thought of Jack and his Joy of Cooking as I ate it.

My husband is delivering some pilasters to an expensive new house that is being built in Darien...pretty tough to take those on a train! LOL

Intrepid Traveler Trip Update...

I am now in Cleveland and have once again found a plug (this one was a bit more challenging) and wifi.

The flight from Cincinnati had a dress rehearsal in that they made us get on the plane, buckle our seatbelts and everything, then get off the plane and do it all over again on a NEW plane. The second rehearsal was satisfactory and they let the plane take off that time.

I leave for London at 7:20 this evening...

OMG!  Leslie you'll be arriving in London in time for breakfast!    I sure hope you can sleep on the plane!   Otherwise after travelling for 24 hours, then getting there in the morning your going to be burnt out!    Trust me, I was loopy just after 14 hrs on my way there.   I can't sleep well at all on planes.   Then they say your not supossed to go to bed when you arrive until its bedtime there!

The good news is I arrived safe and sound.

The bad news is the my room won't be ready for awhile (maybe 3 hrs, grrr).

The good news is they have complimentary wifi everywhere. I can easily wile (while?) away 3 hours talking with you fine folks.

If you get bored (yeah right) grab a copy of the local paper. There was an advert back when I was there for a nightclub that had a Gay night once a week called "Brokeback Mount-me".    Maybe you can go and see some Wayne and Lauren types dancing  ??

It is 10:11 am at home, 3:11 pm here...5 hours difference, Dave.

Gay night, huh? Wel'll see....my traveling companion seems to be a bit more conservative than me.
