Tuesday moroning in Maine, 39.5 degrees out there....and yes, folks, I am going to get my bony llittle ass into the outdoor shower. (Gee, I wish it was bony!). Think of it as nature-hydrotherapy or something. Water toture. Hot shower in the cold air. Something....

The outdoor shower was great, as it always is, once I got myself into it. It is the transition between cold air and hot water that makes it exciting.
