OMG OMG OMG!!!  :D

I had started reading this when it was posed to Imdb back in December.  I can't remember how far I got, and then it was deleted.  ???

I was in such a daze and depression over BBM at the time.  As we know, the movie leaves everything ambiguiously open, with no closure at all.   :'(  I was so devistated and lost over the movie and the short story, and THIS story here helped me tremendously to start moving forward in the direction of finding closure on BBM, and figuring it all out.

I can't believe I've been reunited with the first 'fan fiction' I started reading, that was taken away from me.  I have just printed the whole thing out and am set for a good read.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU TOM FOR POSTING THIS HERE.  I AM ON THE VERGE OF TEARS...  :'(  :)

Eric brought the story to my attention--and that of others---by e-mail, and I am so grateful to him. It is a beautifully written story, of great psychological depth and practical knowledge, and I hope everyoine will TAKE THE TIME TO READ IT!

VERY nice.  It's hard to think of Ennis being with anyone else, but I like the way you approached it, here, Tom.  Very believable.  Very real.  Very good.  :)

If there was going to be a continuation of the story or a sequel, this would be it!  :)

Thank you for writing it and posting it here.

Tom,

This is one of the best Brokeback sequels based on the original storyline.  Itís powerful and beautiful.  Itís satisfying to know that Ennisí memory for Jack didnít consume him, but rather empowered him to seek happiness that he once missed.  From someone who also cares Ennis deeply, thank you for sharing the story so we can find the closure in our hearts as well.

Thanks for post it here, otherwise I will never get to read it.

Jenny

Thank y'all for your kind remarks - I enjoyed writing the story - it helped me to get over the sadness of the original story & movie (which I think are perfect as they are!)... I'm glad I found this site, lots of nice people in here!   :)   Tom
