my goal this spring is to watch my diet a little more. i don't really have weight to lose, but my metabolism is definately slowing down, and with summer comming up, i want to keep it in check. (anyone with me here?)
anyways, i found a great website that helps you keep track calories, and count the ones you burned throughout the day. it's free, and it's amazing. it alnalyzes you based on your frame, age, weight, height, age, sex, physical health, etc....once you set up your personal profile.
everyday you can log on and type in the food you eat, and voila, it keeps track of it all for you. it helps with your goals, and gives recommendations. i've found it very helpful.
