I wonder if anything was left? It looks like there would be some pieces that made it to the ground.

I knew a guy one time that liked his alcohol. One night I was out and saw a satelite fall....a gorgeous shower of golden sparkles...the biggest firework you ever saw.

The next day I was at his store and mentioned it in passing...he grabbed my arm and said "THANK YOU!! I was scared to say anything...you know I had had a couple of beers, thought I might have imagined it."

Lord, he'd had to have some imagination! LOL

On of the best Memories I have with Elizabeth is in 2006 we were on a cruise. It was night and we were in the gulf and we were looking through the binoculars at the coast of Cuba. ABout that time she said "Daddy Look" and this huge meteor was straking across the sky. If seperated and burmed out but it had the most magnificent colors. A green and purple that I had never seen before.
I know why he would feel that way, it's just over so fast and you have to wonder! LOL
