Would it be a nice idea to all change our screen names to Heath on Friday? And if that's not possible because we can't all have the same name, we all choose a Heath-related name, like a character he played (I know which name people will fight over!)...

Aw, damn! Now I've got to come up with something else!

Not that I mind at all, but it's taken most of my brain cells most of the week already to figure out how to fit the logistics of getting to my "special place" for my tribute tomorrow into the day! I'll set the remaining brain cells on with coming up with something suitable.

I've found myself having to check profiles and check "latest posts by this member", etc. a lot in the last few days trying to figure out who certain people are.

I did the same. It's really onfusing. While I found the confusion funny for April Fools day, I added 'AKA Penthesilea' now under my avatar.

I thought about it, but couldn't bring myself to being that bold. Also thought about simply "Heathen" but couldn't be that bold either. So I ended with....

Mika, I had the exact same thoughts!

I thought Ennis would be too bold, then almost decided for 'Heathen', contemplated 'Sir Ulrich von Lichtenstein of Gelderland' (love that!), but it's too long.
In the end, I settled for the a simple "Dan".

I like Fabienne's Giacomo, but the idea I liked best was Elle's "Hunh" (meanwhile she has changed it again).

That's a huge help with the name under the avatar! I was having a terrible time figuring out who Giacomo was... and hooray, it's Belbbmfan!

So, I've been thinking about changing my username to "Brown Eyes". Would that be wierd? I kind of like it because I really do have brown eyes... and I know that on occasion folks refer to Heath that way.

By the way, is this happening to you all? When you're looking at a thread and see the little indicator at the top of the page showing who's reading the thread... do you stop and think "hmmm, wonder who Brown Eyes is?... Oh wait! That's me!". LOL, I even keep surprising myself when I look down at the "who's online" feature on the main forum page. All these username changes are definitely still causing me a bit of confusion.

Yep, it's not just you - I've been doing that too. I confused myself even more when I changed my avatar as well! Mind you, it doesn't take much to confuse me under the best circumstances!

Although I registered to BM last year I hardly ever post.
Wanted to say I love all your new names. I changed my name from Sel to Hampstead Heath. Hampstead Heath is my favourite London park and spot, and it was only recently that I came to realise that Heath's name is in it. , so I am going to have one of my dearest places 'combined' with one of my favourite (the other being Jake) actors and a great source of inspiration, Heath.
