For my fellow "Lost" fans: Brokeback Island

OK, I'm about the *last* one to care for any parodies or jokes made about this movie, but this one tickles me - mostly because I've been thinking the homoerotic tension between these two has been HOT from the beginning.

D'oh!!     I really need to figure out why my speakers don't work!   LOL

Maybe I'll go watch it on my Moms computer when I see her in a few days.

Thanks for the Tease Barb!     :(

I knew you of all people would enjoy it, David.  From one Lostie, Joshaholic to another...

The dialog they chose is great.  Most of it is authentic, but they dubbed in a couple of key changes.  ;)

What I like about it is I really get a sense that a Brokie made it.  It has to be someone who's seen the movie, because the first piece of dialog they use is this:

Jack to Sawyer:  *What* did you do?

Sawyer to Jack:  What you couldn't.

Only a Brokie would understand the significance of that.  Well, fully, anyway.

And after Sawyer kisses Kate (for the uninitiated - she let him because he promised her he would tell her where Shannon's inhaler was if she did), they dubbed in "Jack..." instead of "I dunno" right before she slugs him.  (What I secretly love about that real scene is how he couldn't care less that she just punched him - he's still trying to taste her on his lower lip.  YUM...)

Oh, and they play "The Wings" and "A Love That Will Never Grow Old" in the background.

It's so well-done, it has me wishing they'd actually made a trailer just like it for the real thing.  Pisses me off to no end that they didn't, but that's another thread entirely.
