Oh, I LOVE potatoes!! I think it is because of the Dutch blood in me. I love a nice baked potato with crispy skin!

And a lot of salt!

Now now. It is getting rid of the salt that is the key to drinking 5 8 ounce glasses of water a day that is healthy  ;)

That isn't any fun! I'll keep the salt AND drink the water... and the wine! ;)

Maybe it will somehow sort itself out and I'll end up even? You think? :D

I love salty foods. I always have. Can't help it. :)

I love salty food too, and it ain't good for me. I'm not a fan of sweet things/chocolate, so I suppose I gotta have a vice re. food. I love to make Chinese food, and while on the surface it seems healthy, there is so much sodium in it, it is down right scary.

I try to avoid food with too much salt (sez the person who just had McDonalds) but sweets/chocolate are one of my biggest downfalls and you can't drink water to dilute the effects of that... :P

Yesterday, I had coffee for breakfast and home made chips (crisps in England) with lots of salt for lunch. I am a salt addict and the home made chips straight out of the oil, all warm and crispy with salt, yummy !! Dinner pulled pork on a tortilla with lettuce and sour cream, double yummy. It took all day to make the pulled pork but me and the kids love it.
Oh and a small Vodka with diet coke.
Today, breakfast a cup of coffee, lunch will skip after yesterdays food fest and dinner, who knows !!!! I suspect another very small vodka will feature somewhere.
Kids will have chicken fried rice for dinner with lots of ginger and garlic, peas and cauliflower. It tastes better than it sounds. The cauliflower is stir fried so is still crunchy. I have some strawberries left and some heavy cream so I guess I will knock up a quick strawberry fool for their pudding.Quick, easy and pretty tasty too.
