Lunch brown bread and honey
Dinner pita bread slices and hummus (okay I confess I sneaked a few slices of chicken)
snack brazil nuts
drinks coffee x 4 (thats a reduction believe it or not)
pineapple and passionfruit juice
Do i Like the new diet food - nooooooooooo
Am I still hungry yup I could eat a horse ... actually the whole stable at the moment
