9 José Martí statue (1959-65), Bolívar Plaza, end of the Avenue of the Americas

Marvelous pictures, John!  Those scantily clad figures on the Maine statue look mighty chilly.

I was wondering why there were flowers on Jose Marti's statue, so I googled him.  Yesterday was his 155th birthday.  8)
