OMG Louise, some of these are so hilarious.  I will plow through every page over time.  Thank you so much for all the effort you spent in posting these one by one.  These are really a treat.  Clarissa

Ennis thinking: Still can't believe I left my heart--I mean, shirt--up there.

Ellemeno: maybe you only liked Louise's--but the last 20 or so were mine...

I didn't think they ALL had to be funny...

Bye. *sob*--NO I'M NOT CALLING YOU A SONOFABITCH! I have been up all night, so I don't know what's funny, or even important anymore, so maybe most of the picture caps are terrible. Read B73's  "Union Pacific," and half of her "Signal Crossing" all puns to be considered...but liike her poetry even better.

HEY--gotta do another cap, cause I'm taking up space!
Aguirre:"Did you know that even very near-or-farsighted people can adjust even old binoculars so that they can see perfectly without glasses? Now if that's funny, I'll EAT it...

Jack, thinking: Wouldn't mind this one stinking like cat piss so much, if the other one didn't smell like Ennis

I am hooked on this thread!  Thank you, Louise, for starting it.  I was practically falling out of my chair on some of yours.  And Jpwagoneer and Twisted Dude, Louise may have started this, but you have both taken the concept and run with it.  I check here every day to get my daily humor fix.  Thank you!
What Jack remembered and craved in a way he could neither help nor understand was the time that distant summer on Brokeback when Ennis had come up behind him and pulled him close, the silent embrace satisfying some shared and sexless hunger.   -Annie Proulx (Icon by alighttofollow)

Julie, thanks for letting me know this post of yours was here, so I could respond.  I've only read like the first four pages of this thread so far, and I am pretty sure they were all Louise's.  I look forward to seeing yours and others too as I move through the thread.  I didn't mean to slight anyone. :)  Clarissa
