RIP John!!!

That is very sad news Kerry! He sounds like he was a wonderful person.

Often times the good die young. I'll never understand it though. Maybe he was too good for this world and the Lord called him on home early. I don't know why the good people often die so young.
Dogs have owners. Cats have staff.

Rest in Peace John Richardson.

Tell him when l come up to him and ask to play the record, l'm gonna say: ''Voulez-vous jouer ce disque?''
'Voulez-vous, will you kiss my dick?'
Will you play my record? One-track mind!

It was lovely to read your kind words David and Sonja and Chuck. John became involved with thisisoz's anti-homophobia project and I can think of no better way to honour his memory than to post more images from the wonderful thisisoz site.

Hi amazing people

It's Robert here from This Is Oz. This site is fantastic...thanks for keeping it alive. We get alerted by Google whenever something happens on the net involving This Is Oz. That way keep up to speed with this site too, which is brilliant.

I just wanted to let you know that the This Is Oz site is just about to receive a new boost of life.

We are using some of the images to create a set of 4 (no doubt collectable) postcards for the International Day Against Homophobia on May 17th. These postcards will carry This is Oz info on the back and direct people to the site. This is a postcard campaign targeting all young people in NSW (not GLBT youth). The cards will be distributed by Avant Card and this means they will go to schools, universities and youth specific locations. Its all incredibly exciting.

Therefore we are preparing for a lot more people to log on, upload images and support this campaign.

In fact, if you'd like to vote for your favourite images (out of a possible 15 we have selected) drop into the site www.thisisoz.com.au and vote now. Voting will only be possible for another day. And keep dropping into the site as there are more changes and exciting things to come.

Thanks again for your amazing support here. You totally rock.
