Yep, when he was about 19, I think? Not quite what I expected either. It's much higher than I thought his voice would sound, but still a good singing voice. I think if he were to sing today, I think he'd be an octave or two lower. As a matter of fact, I'd love to hear how his voice would sound now. Bet it's nice and sexy . Rrraowr...

OT:  It feels weird after watching Brokeback to realize he's younger than me by about one year.  I can't begin to imagine some people my age handling such a great performance.
