Somehow I don't think so Brad! Although I've heard wine is very good for you. Red wine I think. :)

YES (as I tip my stemware of a nice cab )!

Seriously, I know water is good. Thing is, if you told a person that by taking a half aspirin daily, his/her risk of a fatal heart attack would be reduced by 80%, most people still won't do it. Go figure.

Maybe if we drink red wine, drink lots of water and take an aspirin a day, we'll live forever!

You think?

Or at least avoid dying of a fatal heart attack. ;)

You know David, too much water can be harmful too. I was only reading an article the other day, that said this thing about having 2 litres of water a day, is not as good as it sounds. It said, the body tells us when we need to hyrdrate it, we get thirsty and so we drink. 2 litres of water a day or more, can overwork the kidneys.

And the asprin thing is a medical proven fact. Most old people take an asprin a day, and people with heart problems also take an asprin. It is a blood thinner, and so reduces clots and keeps the bloody running smoother.

It was a beautiful day here, about 68 degrees outside and sunny so I opened up some of the windows to let in the breeze. Suddenly a few minutes later I started sneezing really bad and when I went back downstairs there was a bunch of pollen blowing through the window. I suffer from hay fever. It never occured to me to make sure I had screens in the window first, or better yet just leave the damn things closed.

I'll bet I've sneezed a hundred times today. I'm still doing it. :P

Sorry to hear that David!  I have allergies too.....dust, pollen, animals......so I can sympathize!

Tell him when l come up to him and ask to play the record, l'm gonna say: ''Voulez-vous jouer ce disque?''
'Voulez-vous, will you kiss my dick?'
Will you play my record? One-track mind!

Have you ever tried enteric aspirin Jess? If aspirin upsets your stomach perhaps the kind with the coating on it would help, unless your doctor already told you no.

I take an aspirin each day. But I didn't know that about the water. It makes sense though now that I think about it. I might run the risk of wearing out my kidneys too early. :(

It seems we're screwed no matter WHAT we do!
