Here's the last "appropriate for posting" pic I have of the SoG Ennis look-alike  :-*

I have three additional pics of this delightful dream-boat, but they are strictly for Jack's eyes only!!!  :P

I'm starting it again-will read with Kelda. Do we want to have a SoG book club-discuss chapters at a time? Or should we just do general gushing? My SoG story is I avoided it forever because of the whole drug dealer/Fed plot line. OMG am I glad Mandy told me to read it because Jesus Mary and Joseph...

Hi, Rouxb.  I completely understand your hesitation in starting SoG.  I knew the drug dealer/FBI angle might keep a lot of people away and I actually had some misgivings about writing it, too.  But SoG Jack and Ennis just wouldn't leave me alone and that's a world I know so well, so I decided to go ahead and write it.  Anyway, I'm so glad you enjoyed the story!

I was just listening to a song called Gold by Spandau Ballet and I suddenly had to think of Shades of Grey. I am not sure how well-known Spandau Ballet was in the US in the 80's, but they were pretty big in Europe.

Here is an excerpt from the lyrics:

Remember we were partners in crime
It's only two years ago
The man with the suit and the pace
You know that he was there on the case
Now he's in love with you, he's in love with you
And my love is like a prison wall
But you could leave me standing so tall
Gold
Always believe in your soul
You've got the power to know
You're indestructable
Always believe in, because you are
Gold

 :D

Hi Kelda!!

Geri was just "winking" at me. Some people type it, and others will use the "   ;)  " sign!   :)
