Yeah, thanks to everyone who's working fast to deal with this.

I saw one of the first posts, but felt very helpless that I couldn't do anything about it other than alerting the mods online.

But it seems to have been enough, since it's being taken care of quickly and efficiently.

As a measure against the recently increased amount of spam attacks, the waiting time between posts has been set to one minute.
You have to wait one minute before you can send another post. Most members won't even notice the difference, but spammers won't be able to flood the forum with unlimited spam in a very short time.
This is a temporary measure.
