I think it's clever, but maybe not so politically correct, using short people to suggest the smaller mobile format.  I wonder if they have other movie clips performed that way.

I think its a brilliant idea for an ad. I'd like to them treat a movie like Rocky or The Godfather like this. How funny!!

I also think its great that they consider Brokeback Mountain to be a favorite movie.
