Val Kilmer on Heath
« on: April 07, 2013, 12:36:19 pm »
I´ve been watching a lot of clips with Val Kilmer as of late (due to Thunderheart being one of my favorite movies) and I found this one where he mentions Heath and having met him a couple of months before his death. There is an honesty and a lack of "Hollywood" about Val that I´ve always liked.

I agree with you Monika, there is a real "normalness" about Val Kilmer...I wish he was in more movies.

What he said about Heath was typical of a bloke just talking about another bloke, and said without wondering if he was being politically correct, just saying it as it was, and I like that about him.

My favourite movie with Val Kilmer is Tombstone, where he stole the movie playing Doc Holiday....he was memorable....
Being happy doesn't mean everything is perfect.

It means you've decided to see beyond the imperfection

Agreed! He desearves to be in better movies than he currently is. But he has been in some really funny things as of late, for example an appearance on "Life´s too short". Hillarious!

Same here

At the moment, Val is touring with a piece he himself has written and created called "Citizen Twain". I will try to catch in Los Angeles in July.
